Project Overview

To create an application to create awareness and enable better habit to tackle the sedentary lifestyle.

Goal

My goal for this project

The goal of this project is to increase user productivity and better healthy living without being restricted about time and place. Moreover, The output will give more benefit to the user and hope user more excited to get a healthy body.

Through Using the Solution and app, I can have people involve in physical exercise and if they don’t get around it I had to come with solutions to encourage their much involvement. Using the app user can easily do some exercise to keep themselves fit on regular basis and build a habit. Besides, the app will also generate a little amount of profit filling the business objectives.

Obstacle faced

  1. User's self interest joining in interview
  2. not getting schedule to interview from expected sample or audience
  3. Finding out the best solution to make them habituated with fitness work
  4. Had to check all the competitors app by myself for the analysis

My Approach for this problem

Moved with Design thinking which is a holistic and non-linear approach as we know. It’s a continuous and iterative process by which we can improve each step by finding out needs from users. Design thinking approach helped me to understand users, define the problem, brainstorm the possible idea and later prototype the idea and test it with users to find out their pain points and solve it, launch it in the market & make it more usable to them

Research & insights

Based on research by S, Md., Haque., (2017), the effect of doing less activity can affect employee performance and productivity, as well as affect company performance. This can apply general users also.

To gain a deeper about what users feel, I conduct a group of users to find a point from the user's perspective. I had call a with them and wrote points. I used this method due to the environmental condition that makes us can’t go out (COVID-19), so better do at home.

Of course, the healthcare app market is huge. There are thousands of apps to track and manage your health and fitness, with varying levels of effectiveness.
